Born in the rural area of Southeast Texas, Dee moved to the Pacific Northwest in 2010. Dee's story has taken her on an adventure filled journey. Believing in making the world a better place in whatever way life leads, Dee's passion for people is what makes her so successful in the Real Estate Industry. Having been in Real Estate since 2016, she continues to bring the highest level of customer service to her clients and is a committed team member.

With the release of her album in 2014, her music has led her to perform in the Philippines, Europe, South Africa, and all over the United States. Julian Flunder, Broker
Julian Flunder has lived in Washington State for over 20 years. He grew up in Mill Creek, graduating from Jackson High School. After high school, he remained in the area, getting his associates degree in science, and then a bachelors degree at the University of Washington. Julian has been in real estate for over three years, selling both residential and commercial. In addition to his bachelors, and experience in selling real estate, Julian is also a land specialist.
Julian has a wife and two daughters, and loves living in Western Washington for the multitude of activities it allows him to enjoy. He regularly plays both basketball and soccer, while also getting outside to enjoy the beautiful scenery Washington has to offer by partaking in cycling, golfing, and hiking.
Due to his extensive knowledge of the area, Julian emphasizes attention to detail and takes pride in matching his clients with their perfect home. Simply put, Julian loves people!
